A total of 67 projects to the value of $126.5 million have been approved for funding under round three.

Round Three was heavily subscribed with 479 applications received by the Department.

Round Three was the last round of NSRF with the Australian Government recently announcing the new Building Better Regions Fund (BBRF) to support infrastructure projects and community investments in areas outside of major capital cities.

Guidelines for the BBRF are currently being finalised, that will define the geographic boundaries for applicants and the types of infrastructure projects and community activities that may be eligible for funding under the BBRF.
